The job:
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor, you’ll support users via phone, email, and chat. Whether it’s answering product questions, supporting purchases, or following up on deliveries, you’ll help each customer with clear and helpful solutions. You’ll follow proven processes , without cold calling or upselling.
Your tasks include:
• Guiding Dutch-speaking customers through product choices and purchase
• Resolving inquiries related to orders, deliveries, or returns
• Ensuring positive customer experiences with accurate and friendly support
• Collaborating with your team and improve overall service quality
• Using internal tools to log and follow up on customer interactions
Your Profile:
• Native-level Dutch (C2) and solid English (B2)
• You’re a fast typer and feel at home navigating digital tools
• A problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is great, but not required
• A positive attitude and a calm, structured approach to resolving issues
• You're already based in Greece, or willing to relocate
What’s in it for you:

• Base salary of 1,300€/month (14 salaries), plus up to 250€ in monthly bonuses
• Tenure Bonus: 300€ after 3 months, 750€ after 6 months and additional 1.000€ after 12 months of employment
