The Job
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll assist Portuguese-speaking customers by phone, email, or chat. Whether it’s answering general questions, solving delivery issues, or helping with account support – your role is to ensure a smooth and friendly experience.
The projects cover a wide range of industries, for example tech, fashion, travel, e-commerce, gaming, and digital services. During the hiring process, we’ll assess your profile and background to match you with the most suitable project – one that fits your interests, skills, and future goals.
The Offer
-€1,100/month base salary + 2 extra full months of salary per year

What We’re Looking For
- Native-level Portuguese and very fluent English (B2+ or higher)
- EU citizenship (mandatory to work in Greece)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Interest in living and working abroad
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must
- Motivation to dive into a new culture
