Are you ready to join one of the world’s most influential tech ecosystems?
We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to support small and medium sized business clients in the digital advertising space, helping them grow their presence and performance across online platforms.
The Role
You’ll work with B2B clients to ensure they make the most of their digital marketing potential. This includes:
- Providing pre- and post-sales support via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting small and medium businesses with their advertising campaigns and tools
- Troubleshooting and resolving client issues efficiently
- Identifying recurring trends and sharing product feedback
- Helping clients optimize their results through data-driven advice
The Offer
- €1,400–1,650/month gross
- Paid training period of three weeks
- Private health insurance
- Assistance with relocation (optional housing available) for international candidates
- Working hours: Montag - Sunday between 06:00h to 0:00h.
Your Profile
- Fluent Dutch and good English (B2+)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with digital marketing or customer support is an advantage
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required
- Available to work in shift rotation
