You’re currently working somewhere in Europe, but you can imagine more sun, stepping out of your comfort zone, and ultimately a better lifestyle?
We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple international projects across different sectors (e-commerce, tech, automotive, tourism, and more). Some roles are office-based in Athens, while selected positions also allow full remote work from the Greek mainland and the islands.
If you speak one of the following languages on a native or near native level, this could be for you:
German, Dutch, Flemish, Polish, Czech, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Italian.
Your Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
Support customers with questions about products, services, orders or general account topics
Update and maintain customer records
Ensure a friendly, professional and solution oriented customer experience
Your Profile:
Fluency in one of the languages listed above (written & spoken)
Good level of English
Customer oriented mindset and problem solving skills
Willingness to work in shifts (depending on project)
Minimum age: 18
Legal authorization to work within the European Union
